Alicia V. Nieva-Woodgate is a Denver based corporate communications veteran, with twenty plus years of professional experience, and more than fifteen years’ experience in creating and driving strategic in-house and agency led, PR programs. She has been a part of various US and international agencies, VC’s, and corporations; working with financial institutions, REITs, retail, biotechnology, and high-technology companies. Her in-house experience includes VERITAS, Mediabolic, Xoom, and Opsware. She began her PR career at the US headquarters for Crosby Securities, Inc., a Hong Kong based investment bank, as Manager of Media Relations and Marketing for North America. Before working in public relations she spent six years at various other Wall Street firms, including Kidder Peabody and Banco de Investimento Garantia. While living in NYC Alicia volunteered and was Vice President of City Meals on Wheels’ Young Professionals Alliance (1997-8). During her years in San Francisco, she served on the Board of the Commonwealth Club’s INFORUM for seven years, and currently is serving on Conference Board’s SNCR Advisory Board.
