Ben is responsible for leading the strategy and development of Security and Processing product solutions for Mastercard in North America. These Mastercard solutions are foundational to ensuring consumer purchases are as safe, secure and seamless as possible regardless of what device they use to transact.
Prior to this role, Ben was the head of the North America Solution Sales organization, leading a team of subject matter experts who operated across a diverse spectrum of financial services disciplines to bring Mastercardâ€™s suite of assets to merchants, processors and issuers. Ben joined Mastercard Advisors, a professional services consulting group to build a global Retail Banking practice and to lead the Global Payments Knowledge Center.
Ben has over 30 years of experience in consumer payments and retail banking, including marketing, product management and new product development in a variety of financial services industries.Â Prior to joining Mastercard, Ben spent 15 years at JP Morgan Chase in marketing and product management and headed the retail bank’s deposit product and payments businesses.Â Subsequent to Chase, Ben was the chief marketing officer for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Employee Benefits business and headed the Retirement and Cash Management products at National Financial, a Fidelity Investments Company.
